Ali Reza Moqaddasi stated that according to the 13 articles of the protocols signed in Julfa between the officials of the two countries, cooperation will further develop, accelerate and coordinate economic operations and customs procedures.
Moqaddasi noted that in these protocols an agreement was also reached on trilateral transit between Iran, the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Russian Federation.
He stressed that prior to today’s meetings, Iranian customs officers had held several personal meetings with Azerbaijani officials, and such meetings have always been constructive and fruitful, as evidenced by the signing of a number of agreements.
