The owners of the Italian FC Juventus have activated the option to extend the contract with the Polish goalkeeper Wojciech Szczesny. About this insider Fabrizio Romano reported on social media.

The goalkeeper from Poland will remain with the Turin club until 2025. This season, the Pole has played 39 games for the team in all competitions, conceding 40 goals.

This is good news for the Serie A club in Italy, especially after Juventus were fined 718,000 euros in a financial fraud case and deprived of 10 points in the standings.
