In Tyumen, an enterprise for the sale and production of raw milk was put up for sale. The entrepreneur estimates the current business at almost four million rubles. The corresponding announcement is posted on the Avito website.

“A ready-made business for the sale of agricultural products in Tyumen, the Tyumen region is for sale. Breeding of cattle and production of raw milk. Farm, calf barn, living quarters, running water, electricity. Possible exchange for housing. The sale price is 3 million 680 thousand rubles, ”the announcement says.

The seller cites moving to a new location as the reason for the sale. He also notes that there is a developed infrastructure next to the production: there is a school and a kindergarten not far from the enterprise.

Earlier, the agency reported that in the Tyumen region, a personal backyard farm, a functioning animal farm, was put up for sale. For 30 million rubles, the future owner will get cattle – 150 heads and equipment for the production and sale of products.
