An unemployed Tyumen resident beat a retired neighbor on the head during a quarrel. This was reported in the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in the region.
“After questioning the victim, the district police officer found out that he was injured by a resident of a neighboring house. <...> A quarrel ensued between the men, as a result of which the attacker inflicted several blows on the applicant’s head with his hands, ”the press service of the department said.
The pensioner went to the hospital, where he was diagnosed with a broken nose and other injuries. The police arrested the resident. He said that the men had verbally clashed with each other before. A criminal case has been initiated, now the Tyumentsian faces up to three years in prison.
