In the Urals, the former head of the UGIBDD for the Sverdlovsk region, Yuri Demin, died. About it informs portal E1.ru.
The incident occurred in the village of Verkhnyaya Sysert on June 4. 62-year-old Demin was engaged in construction work on his site and fell from the height of the second floor. An ambulance arrived at the scene, but the ex-silovik received injuries incompatible with life.
Demin was born on April 11, 1961 in the village of Syda, Krasnoyarsk Territory. In 1998, he graduated from the Academy of Management of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, from April 2005 to April 2018 he headed the regional traffic police department. He resigned after his deputy Alexander Yunusov was caught drunk driving.
