In the Sverdlovsk region, youngsters threw stones at an elderly man

In Novouralsk (Sverdlovsk region), young children mocked an aged man, threw stones at him. Eyewitnesses counted four hooligans.

“Four guys threw bottles and stones at a passerby. The youngsters laughed and insulted the elderly man, ”the Yekaterinburg telegram channel No. 1 reports.

The editors of URA.RU turned to the Internal Affairs Directorate for the Novouralsk Civil Defense for comment. Operational comment could not be obtained. No one answered the reporter’s call.
