In the south, aviation and rocket and artillery units carried out more than 140 fire missions and struck at the deployment point of the Russian Buk-M3 anti-aircraft missile system.

According to Ukrinform, the Operational Command “South” reports this in Facebook.

“Our aviation and units of rocket and artillery troops carried out more than 140 fire missions, in particular, strikes were made on the deployment point of the Buk-M3 air defense system in the Berislav region and on the concentration of weapons and equipment near Lyubimovka in the Kakhov region,” the report says.

Confirmed enemy casualties are 8 Russian servicemen, a 120 caliber towed mortar and an infantry fighting vehicle. The remaining enemy losses will be reconnoitered.

The situation in the South Buzh direction remains difficult, but under control.

The enemy continues to regroup troops, fires in the direction of the positions of the Defense Forces in order to contain Ukrainian units. Efforts are also ongoing to resume traffic across the Dnieper River.

OK “South” was informed that the ship grouping of the enemy fleet in the Black Sea continues to be in the missile-safe area, beyond Cape Tarkhankut. The enemy ship grouping consists of 13 ships and boats, including three surface and one underwater carriers of cruise missiles. The enemy has 28 high-precision long-range missiles at the ready.

As Ukrinform reported, from February 24 to September 27, the Armed Forces of Ukraine eliminated about 57,750 Russian soldiers and 175 enemy air defense systems.
