In the Perm Territory, doctors were deprived of incentive payments worth 1.7 million rubles

In the Kungur urban district of the Perm Territory, doctors were deprived of incentive payments. We are talking about 18 employees who work in separate departments of the Kungur city hospital. The management refused to provide additional payments to doctors, citing the fact that the charter of the medical institution did not include the name “Central Regional Hospital”. This was reported on the website of the Perm Regional Trade Union, where doctors contacted.

“Hospital nurses in the Lensky, Kalininsky and Kylasovsky departments did not receive the specified payments. The legal labor inspector of the regional committee, based on numerous requests from trade union members, prepared a statement of claim to the Kungur City Court,” says the website of the regional trade union council.

The legal inspector indicated in court that the procedure for calculating incentives is regulated by federal and regional regulations and laws. They stipulate that “specialists with secondary medical education receive a special social payment in the amount of 8,000 rubles per month.” In addition, doctors serve patients living in rural areas. For this, they are entitled to a compensation payment of 25 percent for work in rural areas. As a result, the court sided with the trade union, and the medical workers, taking into account the recalculation for January 1, 2023, managed to receive 1.7 million rubles.
