In the Kirov region, a participant in a military operation was beaten to death

Chairman of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation (TFR) Alexander Bastrykin instructed to submit a report on the investigation into the death of a 25-year-old resident of the Kirov region, who was beaten to death in a fight on March 5. Daniil Razumov came on vacation from the NVO zone to the village of Kiknur in the Kirov region, where he was attacked by six members of a local organized crime group.

The incident happened on March 5th. The prosecutor’s office of the Kirov region took special control over the criminal case on the death of a man. Investigators who are now working in Kiknur are establishing the circumstances of the bullying of the fighter, namely, that after the beating he was tied to a car and taken through the village. In a state of coma, the young man was hospitalized, he died already in the hospital on March 7.

As Kommersant was told in the regional Investigative Committee of the ICR, a 33-year-old resident of the village was arrested on suspicion of murder. As specified in the department, the young people were previously acquainted, the conflict between them and the further beating took place in the apartment. In addition, law enforcement officers are checking the information that the suspect in the murder was a member of an organized criminal group, which keeps the residents of Kiknur in fear.

According to Newsler.ru, local residents report numerous facts of extortion and attacks. The investigation clarified that all these facts are still in the verification stage, a criminal case has been initiated under Part 4 of Art. 111 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (causing grievous bodily harm, resulting in death by negligence).

Former State Duma Deputy Maria Butina applied to Alexander Bastrykin with a demand to pay special attention to the investigation.
