In the Khabarovsk Territory, one person died when a Ural car with shift workers rolled over

The prosecutor’s office of the Khabarovsk Territory controls the progress of the investigation of a criminal case related to a traffic accident that occurred on May 21 with a Ural car. This message appeared in Telegram channel departments.

The car was transporting shift workers of a geological exploration enterprise, at the time of the incident there were five people and a driver in it. The car suffered a brake failure, after which it left the road and rolled over in a rocky ditch, where it hung on tree branches. One of the passengers, who was in the kung of the truck, died at the scene.

The criminal case was initiated on the grounds of a crime under Art. 264 part 3 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (violation of traffic rules, resulting in the death of a person by negligence) and is under the control of the prosecutor’s office of the Khabarovsk Territory.

Earlier, the media reported that in Dagestan, a drunken man got behind the wheel of a bus and rammed a passenger car. One person died as a result of the incident.
