In the DPR, one civilian died from shelling by the Armed Forces of Ukraine in a day

Donetsk, March 1, 2023, 08:34 — REGNUM In the Donetsk People’s Republic, one civilian was killed by shelling by the Armed Forces of Ukraine during the day, the Headquarters of the Territorial Defense of the DPR reported on March 1.

“Over the past 24 hours, one person has died as a result of the shelling of the VFU on the territory of the Donetsk People’s Republic,” the headquarters’ telegram channel says.

It is noted that another nine civilians were injured.

As reported IA REGNUM, Denis Pushilin, previously acting head of the DPR, said that more than 15,000 shells of 155 mm caliber had already been fired by the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the Donetsk People’s Republic over the year. Including during the year, the region was fired upon with rockets from the MLRS HIMARS 239 times.
