“Look, tough sanctions have been in place against Russia for a year now, and Russia has somehow not collapsed. About forty countries <…> announced sanctions against Russia. But the Indians and Chinese are happy to trade with Russia. <...> I said two years ago that the West is making a mistake by pushing Russia to such a decision, pushing it directly to China. In his opinion, such errors occurred due to the fact that there are not enough qualified personnel.
