In Noyabrsk (YNAO), residents of a hostel at 13 Kholmogorskaya Street are outraged by the lack of cleaning in common areas, blockages in pipes and broken showers. At the same time, residents are charged a monthly fee for maintenance and repairs by the management company. This was reported in the Nash Noyabrsk community on the VKontakte social network.

“When a cleaning lady appears and at least some maintenance and repairs begin, for which we pay monthly in a hostel on the street. Kholmogorskaya, d. 13. The second year went on, as normal they don’t even clean it. The pipes are all clogged, the souls are broken, the pipes are all buzzing, the children are frightened by these sounds, the sinks are clogged,” the message says. The author of the post suggests not to pay the management company, but for the tenants to collect money on their own and solve the existing domestic problems.

According to the Housing Reform service, the house at Kholmogorskaya 13 is managed by RZhK LLC. URA.RU correspondent sent a request to the management company with a request to comment on the situation. At the time of publication, no response has been received.

Earlier, URA.RU reported that students of the Russian State Vocational Pedagogical University (RGPPU) in Yekaterinburg complained that they had no cold water in the hostel for five days. The press service of the RSPPU told URA.RU that the water in the dormitories has been turned off since January 26. After carrying out repair work on January 31, water supply was restored.
