In Novouralsk (Sverdlovsk region) a girl broke her head while walking. According to the father, the child was holding on to the stair railing, but the loose structure overturned and the girl was injured.
“The ladder and the railing are not fixed in any way,” E1 conveys the words of the father of the child. After the incident, the parents wrote a statement to the police.
The correspondent of URA.RU sent a request to the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for Novouralsk. At the time of publication of the news, no response had been received.
Earlier, URA.RU reported that in Novouralsk, young children mocked an aged man, threw stones at him. According to eyewitnesses, there were four attackers.
