In Spain, police detained a married couple of drug couriers with 38 kilograms of “goods”

In Spain, police detained a man and a woman who were trying to transport 38 kilograms of drugs by bus to France. This is stated in a press release from the Spanish law enforcement agencies.

The Spanish police arrested the couple at the T4 station of the Adolfo Suarez Madrid-Barajas International Airport. They were about to board the bus with two suitcases that contained 38 kilograms of drugs – 37 kilograms of marijuana and one kilogram of cocaine. The car was heading to the city of Bayonne in France.

The investigation of the case began after the agents discovered drug trafficking channels to France.

Earlier it was reported that the Indian Navy intercepted a ship with 2.5 tons of drugs.
