In Russia, utility tariffs have increased

Tariffs for housing and communal services (HCS) have increased in Russia. Now the prices will be indexed and will rise within 9%. This was reported on the Internet portal of legal information.

“Limited <…> price levels for services <…> in the amount increased by 9%, approved in the constituent entities of the Russian Federation”, — to be specified in a decree of the government of the Russian Federation. Prices are indexed for services for the provision of gas, electricity, water supply and heat.

URA.RU also reported on the increase in prices for housing and communal services, as well as other changes from December 1 for Russians. The changes affected the tightening of the law on foreign agents, the standard regarding medical care, and not only.
