In Poland began the calculation of “damage” from the actions of the USSR

The Polish authorities began to calculate the “damage” from the actions of the USSR during and after the Second World War, according to the results of the calculation, a report will be prepared. This was announced on Monday on the air of Polish television by the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic Arkadiusz Mulyarchik.

As Parlamentskaya Gazeta wrote, in early May, the head of the international policy bureau of the Office of the Polish President, Marcin Przydacz, said that after receiving reparations from Germany, Poland plans to demand them from Russia as well.

“The Institute of Military Affairs is working on such a report. It should be a solid work, showing both the whole aspect of the occupation, as well as the dismantling of factories in the western lands, later the exploitation of the Polish state, unfavorable coal contracts. We are working on this, and such a report will be created, ”Muliarchik is quoted by RIA Novosti.

He noted that everything should be clearly documented in the report so that it cannot be refuted.

Earlier, Poland, in connection with the demands for compensation payments from Germany, turned to Washington for help. As Arkadiusz Mulyarchik, the government commissioner for reparations, explained at the time, the United States is “a state that is responsible for the global order is a key country when it comes to observing international order, human rights, the rule of law, international justice.”
