In Perm, they are looking for a building where they can place a painting included in the Russian Book of Records. The drawing was made for the 300th anniversary of the city, and more than 200 citizens participated in its creation.
“We are looking for a building on which to install the drawing. Its size is 6.3 meters high and 18 meters long. The painting can be installed on self-tapping screws to the wall of a building or on a metal frame using lacing,” artist Victoria Kotlyarova told an agency correspondent. She added that she wants to place the painting free of charge, but asks the owner of the building to bear the installation costs.
Previously, the drawing adorned the façade of the Light clinic, but the time for placing it at this location has ended. Then the artist negotiated to install the painting on the wall of one of the Perm palaces of culture. There she did not fit the dimensions, and placement did not take place.
