In Izhevsk, the “secondary” fell in February by 1.29% – up to 76.8 thousand rubles per square meter. In Ufa, Yekaterinburg and Orenburg, a decrease of 1% was also noted. Most significantly, the cost per “square” decreased in Kaliningrad, where, on average, secondary housing has fallen in price by almost 2% per month – up to 107 thousand rubles.
In January, in Perm, a square meter of “secondary housing” cost an average of 89 thousand rubles, over the year the price increased by almost 13%. The statistics are based on the automated real estate valuation system SRG. It includes the average cost per square meter of offers on the largest ad platforms and in regional databases.
