In Perm, a developer was approved for the construction of a new building on the site of a margarine factory

Perm developer PMD was given permission to build an apartment building on Tramvaynaya Street, 27 in the Parkovy microdistrict. Previously, there was a margarine factory on this territory.

“LLC SZ Entuziast, which belongs to the developer PMD, was issued a positive expert opinion for the construction of an apartment building with built-in premises on the street. Tramway, 27 in Perm. Date of inclusion of information in the register: December 5, 2023,” says the website of the Unified State Register of Expert Review Conclusions of Project Documentation.

The new residential complex will consist of four sections. The first two are planned to be completed at the end of 2025. The house will become part of a large residential complex, where in addition to houses there will be a park and a sports complex, writes Kommersant Prikamye with reference to a company representative.
