On the highway of the Rogozhnikovskoye field in the Khanty-Mansiysk region, a KIA car crashed into a truck and a Surgutneftegaz shift bus. Two passengers of the car died in the accident. The district Ministry of Internal Affairs reported this to URA.RU.

“The driver of a car crashed into a stationary vehicle – a truck. His [„легковушку“] thrown onto a passing bus. There were no injuries on the bus. The driver and passenger of the car died on the spot before doctors arrived,” the department’s press service reported.

The police say that the driver of the car is at fault for the accident. He didn’t notice the truck on the road.

Photos from the scene of the accident were published in the group “Overheard in Lyantor.” The footage shows a bus with Surgutneftegaz logos. The agency has asked the company for comment. At the time of publication of the news, there was no response. The accident itself occurred on Saturday, October 28.
