
In Surgut (KhMAO), the Agora shopping and entertainment center, previously owned by the disgraced oligarch Andrei Kopaygora, is put up for sale. In April last year, the Moscow company Ginza LLC became the owner of the mall, but on March 16, a new auction for the sale of the facility was announced on the Russian Auction House electronic site.
“On the Lot-online electronic trading platform, a 100% stake in the authorized capital of Ginza LLC is offered for sale. The main asset of Ginza LLC is a 6-storey building of the current Agora shopping and entertainment center with a total area of 39,287.1 sq. m, located at the address: KhMAO-Yugra, Surgut, st. Profsoyuz, d. 11. Start of accepting applications: 03/16/2023, ”the information on the auction says.
The minimum starting price at which the mall can be sold at auction is 834 million rubles. At the same time, Ginza LLC acquired this facility for 885 million. In addition to the building of the shopping and entertainment center, the lot price includes two adjacent land plots with a total area of 12,938 square meters. The auction will take place on May 22, 2023.
Earlier URA.RU reported that the shopping center of the defendant oligarch was sold at a discount in Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug. The deal amounted to about 885 million rubles. The buyer was the Moscow company “Ginza”. The initial cost of the mall was a little over a billion.
