In Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug, a rating of cities has been compiled where residents owe the most for major repairs

The Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug Capital Repair Fund has compiled an anti-rating of cities where residents owe the most for major repairs. Information about this was published on the foundation’s website.

“The champion both in the number of debtors and in the amount of non-payments is Surgut. There, the owners of a little more than 16 thousand premises have large debts. This is 200 less than six months ago. The top five also includes the cities of Nizhnevartovsk – 13435, Nefteyugansk – 4047 and the largest in Ugra in terms of territory, Surgut district – 3229,” the website states.

Debts of more than a million rubles were registered in Surgut, Nefteyugansk and Urai. “The list of debtors includes owners not only of apartments, but also of non-residential, commercial, and retail space. As for owners of apartments in apartment buildings. They also manage to accumulate impressive debts. For example, a resident of Nefteyugansk was almost 185 thousand rubles overdue on payments, and also accumulated 65 thousand rubles in penalties,” the website states.

Previously, URA.RU reported that in the Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug after the New Year the amount of contributions for major home repairs will increase. The volume of minimum contributions per square meter increased by 5%.
