“A farm is for sale, the territory is 44 hectares, of which 36 hectares are owned. Two fields for planting potatoes, a house with a residence permit of 130 square meters, a two-story building for production and staff accommodation, a barn of 900 square meters, an abandoned pigsty of 200 square meters, three buildings without a purpose, a vegetable store and a cellar, ”the announcement says.
