Kaliningrad police together with volunteers rescued a woman who had been lying in an apartment for four days without food or water. The woman sprained her leg and was unable to move around the apartment or call for help. The victim turned out to be a kindergarten teacher. The regional Ministry of Internal Affairs spoke about the incident on November 4 in the Telegram channel.
“The Department of Internal Affairs of Russia in the Central District of Kaliningrad received a message that a kindergarten teacher living alone had disappeared. The woman’s colleague sounded the alarm – for several days in a row she did not open the apartment door and did not get in touch,” – the police reported.
According to law enforcement officials, on October 30, an investigator and volunteers came to the apartment. It became known on the spot that the door of the teacher’s apartment was locked from the inside, and the light was on in the room.
