In Chelyabinsk in November 2023, compared to the same period in 2022, land plots increased in price by 30%. At the same time, the cottages themselves have risen in price by 15%. Natalya Shatrukova, president of the Guild of Realtors of the Southern Urals, told URA.RU about this.

“In Chelyabinsk in November 2023, land plots increased in price by 30%. At the same time, cottages have risen in price by 15%,” Shatrukova told URA.RU.

As follows from the price dynamics on the real estate website Restate, at the moment land plots cost an average of 190 thousand 470 rubles per hundred square meters. The average cost of cottages is 5 million 269 thousand rubles. Houses with an area of ​​more than 100 square meters began to fall rapidly in price in 2023 due to low demand, as well as due to an imbalance in the real estate market.
