“The demand for apartments in new buildings in Chelyabinsk in the third quarter (from July to September 2023) increased by 40%. During this time, the volume of supply in the city increased by 6%, demand by 40%, and the average price tag by 18%,” the website reports.
Analysts have recorded that in the third quarter of 2023, prices for new housing increased by 5%. At the moment, the average cost of apartments in Chelyabinsk new buildings is 4 million 700 thousand rubles. For a square meter on the primary real estate market in the city you will have to pay 86 thousand rubles. Compared to the previous quarter, prices increased the most in Chelyabinsk (+18%), Ufa (+13%), Saratov (+10%), Moscow (+9) and Sochi (+9%).
In Russia as a whole, demand for new buildings increased by 28%. Interest in studio apartments has grown by more than a third, and in one-room apartments by almost a third. 27% of people were interested in two-room apartments, 18% more often in three-room apartments, and 13% more often in four-room apartments. Demand exceeded supply in 26 of 33 cities.
