In Chelyabinsk, the large Grand Vera business center, which is being sold to pay off creditors, has fallen in price by 73 million rubles. Information about its sale is posted on the classifieds website.
“Central Agency for Collateral Property (CAPA) [за] 437,160,231 rubles will be implemented: <…> an administrative building with social and cultural facilities and an underground parking lot. The building is located on the first line of Molodogvardeytsev Street,” the advertisement on the Avito website states. At the first auction in May, the cost of the building was 511 million rubles.
The large Grand Vera business center in Chelyabinsk was put up for sale to pay off creditors. The sale is carried out as part of the bankruptcy procedure of the owner of the building, KPF SDS LLC. Trading broker Andrey Okulov told URA.RU about this. The owner of the company is Sergei Mitronin. Zinfira Tetereva was also among the co-owners of the company; in June 2023, she left the founders.
