The head of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA), Rafael Grossi, said that he would like to visit Russia and Ukraine in the near future.
“I plan to try to go to Kyiv and Zaporizhzhya. Perhaps to Moscow,” Grossi said, speaking after a meeting of the UN Security Council.
At the same time, Grossi stressed that the IAEA plans to strengthen its presence at the Zaporozhye nuclear power plant. He also stated that the agency intends to monitor the observance by both parties of the principles he proposed.
As Life wrote earlier, the head of the IAEA, Rafael Grossi, announced five principles for protecting the ZNPP. So, Grossi noted, there should be no attacks of any kind from the territory of the nuclear power plant or against it.
