‘After a long time and many partners, the fear is gone’

Piyush Mishra further adds, ‘Sex is such a healthy thing that whenever you encounter it for the first time, it should be good, otherwise it will scar you for life. Haunts you for life. That sexual assault haunted me for life. It took a long time and after many companions, I was able to come out of that fear and complicity.

‘I don’t want to hurt anyone’

Piyush Mishra’s autobiography begins in the narrow streets of Gwalior, where he spent his childhood. He says, ‘I have kept the incidents true in the book, but have changed the names. I wanted to hide the identity of some people. I turn down those roles, in which I feel that I am not able to enjoy.
