Hundreds of doctors are missing at the emergency hospital in Kurgan

More than 300 medical workers are required for the Kurgan Emergency Hospital (BSMP). Information about vacancies is posted on the website of the Department of Health of the Kurgan Region.

All doctors are offered a salary of 75 thousand rubles a month. But in some cases there are special conditions. “300 thousand rubles. – doctors who arrived (moved) to work in the Kurgan region, when employed in certain positions; 100 thousand rubles – lifting allowance for young professionals, ”the department’s website says. The conditions for renting housing are also described separately.

There are 126 vacancies for doctors on the list of the Kurgan Emergency Hospital. Neurosurgeons, anesthesiologists, resuscitators, cardiologists, neurologists, diagnosticians, psychiatrists, pediatricians, physiotherapists and many others are required. According to data published on the unified portal of medical institutions in the Kurgan region, surgeons (21 specialists) are looking for surgeons in the BSMP. There is a shortage of 223 workers from among the paramedical staff in the BSMP Kurgan. These are nurses, paramedics and laboratory assistants.

Earlier, URA.RU reported that Kurgan residents were discussing the mass dismissal of doctors from the BSMP. Last year it became known about the dismissal of several surgeons and traumatologists. According to the Department of Health, some doctors went to work in other medical institutions, several specialists left the Kurgan region.
