Two cats and a hamster were rescued by employees of the Ministry of Emergency Situations while extinguishing a fire in Moscow. A photo of one of the rescued mustachioed residents of the apartment was published in Telegram channel ministries.
The press service said that the owner of the dwelling was evacuated to the street before the arrival of firefighters, but the pets remained inside in danger.
Rescuers conducted reconnaissance in a burning apartment and found two cats and a hamster. Everyone was immediately taken out to fresh air.
Dmitry Malov, head of the guard of the 18th PSCh, noted that dense smoke complicated the extinguishing. But firefighters were able to extinguish the fire in a short time.
“And, most importantly, saved little lives,” he stressed.
The Ministry of Emergency Situations added that every life is important for the department.
