Grozny “Akhmat” beat the Samara “Wings” in the match of the 20th round of the RPL

Samara “Wings of the Soviets” were defeated by the Grozny “Akhmat” in the match of the 20th round of the RPL.

The meeting of the 20th round of the Russian Football Championship between Krylia and Akhmat took place in Samara on March 19. The match at the stadium “Solidarity Arena” ended with the victory of the guests with a minimum score. Forward Hamid Agalarov became the author of the only ball, who took advantage of the transfer of Artem Timofeev.

Thanks to the victory, Akhmat scored 32 points and climbed to sixth place in the Russian Championship standings. Wings, which suffered their fourth defeat in the RPL in a row, remained in 12th position with 20 points. The leadership in the table continues to hold the St. Petersburg “Zenith”.
