The replacement of imported packaging with domestic packaging may occur as early as this year, Deputy Prime Minister Victoria Abramchenko said.
After the departure of foreign companies from the country, specialists solve the issue of aseptic packaging production. It may have an unusual appearance, but this will not affect its quality and the safety of the content.
“We are now conducting an experiment, it is in the active phase – how to “marry” our pulp and paper industry with food manufacturers so that imported packaging can be replaced,” Abramchenko said in an interview with RBC.
As previously reported, Tetra Pak will stop exporting products to Russia by decision of the Swedish authorities. The company owns a plant in the city of Lobnya, Moscow Region.
