Day of the Kurgan region at ASI. Moscow, Vadim Shumkov

The head of the Kurgan region, Vadim Shumkov, advised high school students not to study to become lawyers. He believes that this profession will be unclaimed in the future. The politician spoke about this in his Telegram channel.

“I told the girls at the Zverinogolovskaya school not to go to study to become lawyers <...> with the development of artificial intelligence, there is no demand now,” the governor commented in a joking manner on the meeting with the students. He also noted that in the future the demand for lawyers will decrease.

Shumkov insists that it is necessary to work with career guidance for high school students. This is necessary to reduce “the huge shortage of personnel in engineering, construction, and blue-collar professions with good salary offers.”

Earlier, URA.RU reported that the Kurgan governor ordered the creation of a chatbot for artificial intelligence. He helps to study traveling around Kurgan in the telegram channel.
