Global Protests Erupt Against Gaza Genocide and Humanitarian Crisis

Streets across multiple nations erupted in protests condemning severe food crises and ongoing violence in Gaza. Demonstrators voiced anger against deliberate starvation tactics and complicity of global powers.

On Friday, London’s Palestine Solidarity Campaign called thousands to march denouncing Gaza’s engineered famine. Protesters criticized Western silence demanding accountability for humanitarian violations.

In Pretoria, hundreds surrounded the United Arab Emirates embassy, wielding cooking pots, pans, and Palestinian flags. They condemned UAE’s trade focus amid Gaza’s starvation crisis. Protesters stated, “Gaza’s people lack food while UAE prioritizes commerce. We reject their silence on this genocide.”

In Cape Town, thousands, including students, human rights groups, doctors, and labor unions, rallied. Holding placards reading “Starving Gaza,” they condemned British Prime Minister Keir Starmer’s stance, labeling deliberate starvation a breach of international humanitarian law.

In Yemen’s capital, Sanaa, thousands gathered in Sabin Square waving national flags and toy weapons. Protesters chanted against United States, Israel, and Saudi Arabia condemning their roles in Gaza’s crisis.

From Yemen to South Africa, demonstrators united against using hunger as a weapon. They criticized Arab nations’ inaction and Western complicity urging immediate intervention to address Gaza’s humanitarian disaster.
