Gas supplies via Turkish Stream to be halted for a week due to repairs

Turkish Stream launched in 2014. The gas pipeline runs from the Anapa region of the Krasnodar Territory along the bottom of the Black Sea to the European part of Turkey. Its capacity is estimated at 31.5 billion cubic meters. m per year. The second gas pipeline through which Russia supplies gas to Turkey is Blue Stream, which was put into operation in 2003.

This week, Gazprom reduced supplies to Europe due to faulty equipment. The Russian company has already stopped two turbines at Nord Stream, pumping through it has fallen by 100 million cubic meters. m per day. The reason was the Canadian sanctions, due to which Siemens cannot return the turbines sent to the country for repair.
