In the Primorsky Territory there was a major fire. The fire broke out in an unused building in Vladivostok. As the locals write in social networks, this is a former children’s town.
“On March 18, at 00:08, the fire and rescue service received a message about a fire in a one-story unused building on Polyarnaya Street in the city of Vladivostok. Firefighters were working on the spot eight minutes later,” says in message GU EMERCOM of Russia for the region.
By the time firefighters arrived, the building was partially engulfed in flames. The total fire area was about 400 square meters. Six units of fire equipment and 24 personnel were involved in the extinguishing.
As a result of the fire, the roof collapsed, and the wooden parts of the site frames were damaged. Fortunately, there were no dead or injured. Currently, experts are investigating the circumstances and find out the cause of the fire.
