The Chum restaurant, owned by the former Tyumen business ombudsman Larisa Nevidailo, will feed the guests of the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum. The entrepreneur told the agency about the event.
“This is not some kind of commercial project, but more of an image project. The primary goal is to show the Tyumen region, our cuisine, our restaurant. For us, an invitation to the forum is a certain level of trust,” shared Larisa Nevidailo.
Tyumen chefs will offer the participants of the event dishes of regional cuisine: Sosva herring, deer tenderloin, Siberian mushrooms, caviar and others. Earlier, “Chum” was checked by the host of the “Revizorro” program Elena Letuchaya. The restaurant has been tested.
