For those wishing to build a private house, a one-stop service will be created

The state provides support to those who wish to build private houses, in the face of growing demand, it is necessary to create the possibility of obtaining all related services in the “one window” mode. The corresponding draft government decree is published on the portal of regulatory legal acts.

As noted in the explanatory note by the Ministry of Construction, Housing and Communal Services of the Russian Federation, at present the state subsidizes mortgage interest rates for the construction of private houses, however, reducing administrative barriers by increasing the availability of public services can also play a significant role in this matter.

In this regard, it is proposed to create an opportunity to receive all the services necessary for the construction of a house, including obtaining a mortgage, concluding an agreement with a design organization, a contractor and suppliers, including for conducting work, choosing a project and supplying building materials, in the “one window” mode.

It is expected that such a digital service will contribute to the growth in the volume of construction of private houses.

Transport accessibility, developed infrastructure, safety and proximity to cultural objects are quite serious arguments in favor of buying an apartment.
