Firefighters fight a powerful fire at a timber trading base in Chelyabinsk

The Main Directorate of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia for the Chelyabinsk region reported a lumber fire on Yeniseiskaya Street in the capital of the region. About it writes Telegram channel “Southern Ural”.

Rescuers who arrived at the scene found that wood logs stacked in piles in an open area were on fire. There is currently a threat of flame spread to two storage buildings. There are no casualties as a result of the incident.

Units operate at rank #2. It is reported about the organization of a firefighting headquarters, three combat sites, and the laying of a main line. The administration of the Leninsky district sent water-carrying equipment.

Earlier it was reported about the sudden death of a visitor to a shopping center in Moscow. The young man died in the food court area, and his friend was hospitalized.
