The construction of a fire station in the southern part of Reutov was checked by the head of the city district Stanislav Katorov.

In May 2022, Glavgosexpertiza approved special specifications for the design and construction of a fire station in the southern part of Reutov. At the moment, the readiness of the object of the municipal authorities is estimated at 35%.

“The construction of a fire station in the southern part of Reutov is one of our priority tasks. With the support of the Governor of the Moscow Region Andrey Vorobyov and the regional government, despite the fact that the existing fire department fully covers the needs of the city, we managed to start the construction of an object important for the city,” said Stanislav Katorov.

He added that to date, the builders have completed the laying of the foundation slab, erected the structural steel structure and started lining the building with sandwich panels. Now the builders will start laying the external engineering networks.

The new depot provides premises for fire equipment and maintenance, service and auxiliary rooms for personnel, as well as a fire station communication point.

Open areas will also be located on the territory of the facility: a training area, a sports ground, parking for cars, a platform for washing equipment. Three units of special equipment will be additionally purchased for the needs of the new division. The fire station will be located on a plot of 1.2 hectares.

In the first week of August alone, 25 forest fires were put out in the Moscow Region. Earlier, Governor Andrei Vorobyov called the environment in the Moscow region priceless. A large-scale program for the development of 50 forest park zones is being implemented in the region.
