Seeds, fertilizers, plant protection products, machinery and fuel were prepared in advance. Most of the cereals are domestic selection, special varieties for the middle lane.
More than 370 people were involved in the processing of fields and harvesting. Farmers are confident that this year’s harvest should be good.
Shakhovskaya now has 60 farms, 11 agricultural enterprises and two cooperatives. About 30 of them received more than 96 million rubles of financial assistance thanks to support from regional and federal authorities.
