Farewell ceremony for Valentin Yudashkin begins at Troekurovsky cemetery

Farewell ceremony for fashion designer Valentin Yudashkin is taking place in the funeral hall of the Troekurovsky cemetery in Moscow.

As they write TASS And “RIA News”, TV presenter Leonid Yakubovich, TV presenter Evelina Khromchenko, actress Klara Novikova, press secretary of the President of Russia Dmitry Peskov, singers Nadezhda Babkina and Oleg Gazmanov, and stylist Sergey Zverev came to the farewell ceremony. The event was also attended by singer Alla Pugacheva, who now lives abroad and arrived in Moscow on May 3.

According to TASS, about 1,000 people came to the funeral hall. Among them are family members and friends of Valentin Yudashkin, fans of creativity and journalists.

Valentin Yudashkin died on May 2 at the age of 59. The cause of death was not officially reported. In 2016, Mr. Yudashkin was diagnosed with kidney cancer, and then metastases in the head.
