Estonian Foreign Minister Reinsalu announced the eighth package of sanctions against Russia

The Estonian authorities want to initiate another package of anti-Russian restrictions. This statement was made by the head of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic Urmasa Reinsalu.

He stressed that if the initiative is approved by the European Commission, this package of restrictions against Russia will become the eighth in a row.

“We plan to expand sanctions against Russia in the field of economy, energy and trade,” Reinsalu said, talking to BNS correspondents.

Also, the Estonian Foreign Minister drew attention to the fact that the country’s government is currently discussing the possibility of implementing visa restrictions for Russians.
