Erdogan: leading powers want to cooperate with Turkey on drones


    Leading countries of the world are interested in cooperation with Ankara in the field of drones, the President of Turkey said on August 6 Recep Tayyip Erdogan during a performance in the suburbs of Istanbul.

    He noted that the day before he had talked with the President of Russia Vladimir Putin in Sochi, and even earlier – in Tehran. At the same time, he did not give details about the conversations.

    “There are superpowers in the world who want to enter with joint investments with us in this area,” – said the Turkish leader at the ceremony, which was broadcast by TRT.

    Former press secretary of the President of Russia Dmitry Peskov said that Putin and Erdogan did not discuss the topic of cooperation in the production and supply of drones in Sochi.
