Energy workers shocked the Sverdlovsk mayor by turning off electricity and heat, he went to the prosecutor’s office

In the Berezovsky urban district (Sverdlovsk region), electricity will be turned off on December 5 without coordination with the administration. Mayor Evgeny Pistsov considered it unacceptable to carry out such work on frosty days, which is why he decided to complain to the prosecutor’s office. He spoke about this in his telegram channel.

“The energy supply organization published information on the telegram channel about the shutdown tomorrow [5 декабря] electricity supply in a large part of the city. These measures were not coordinated with the administration. In fact, we “catch” the information on social networks the day before. I consider it unacceptable to hold such events on the eve of a sharp cold snap,” writes Pistsov in his Telegram channel.

According to him, on December 5 the information will be transferred to the Ministry of Housing and Communal Services and the prosecutor’s office. “I instructed the supervising deputy to hold a meeting with the energy supply organizations of the district,” noted the head of Berezovsky.

Earlier, URA.RU wrote that residents of the private sector in the Chkalovsky district of Yekaterinburg lost electricity. The cause of the power outage was a technological violation.
