According to Pavlova, a person should drink about 2-3 liters of water daily. However, not all people can drink so much without having the appropriate habit. Therefore, it must be developed. It is also necessary to always carry a bottle of water with you and drink after each use of coffee and tea, the specialist wrote in her Telegram channel.
