
In Solikamsk (Perm Territory), an employee of a local penal colony is suspected of using violence against a prisoner. This is reported by the website of the Investigation Department of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation for the Perm Territory.

According to the investigation, in May 2023, an employee of the colony, while at work, beat one of the prisoners. The suspect handcuffed one of the prisoners, after which he struck his body with his hands. At the moment, investigators find out all the details of the incident.
