Due to the heat in the Chelyabinsk region on May 30, the main routes for trucks were blocked. This was reported to URA.RU in FKU Uprdor “Southern Ural”.

“In the region, traffic for trucks is limited on May 30 due to air temperatures above 32 degrees Celsius. The restriction is valid from 12:00 to 20:00 for trucks and heavyweights,” the company’s press service said.

In FKU Uprdor “Southern Ural” URA.RU provided a list of routes. On these sections, trucks and heavyweights were blocked from traffic:

• 11 km – 130 km of the highway M-5 “Ural” entrance to the city of Yekaterinburg;
• 16 km – 146 km of the highway A-310 Chelyabinsk – Troitsk – border with the Republic of Kazakhstan;
• 12 km – 465 km of the R-254 “Irtysh” highway;
• 0 km – 91 km of the R-254 “Irtysh” highway (access to the city of Tyumen);
• 125 km – 356 km of the R-354 highway Ekaterinburg-Shadrinsk-Kurgan.
